Up a tree

I always do things the hard way. I am reminded of this everytime I think about Wesley and his tree climbing. He is forever up a tree. If he sees a big tree, he is always thinking of a way to climb it, the problem is when he gets up he realizes that it is harder to get down. I've seen him hang out of a tree debating how he is going to get out of the situation. Yet, he still climbs trees at any chance he gets. I don't know what the alluring factor of the trees are, but I can relate. I am forever taking on too much, and then I stand there wondering how I am going to get out of the situation. Still I do the same things over and over.

Nehemiah 9:27-28
" So you handed them over to their enemies, who made them suffer. But in their time of trouble they cried to you, and you heard them from heaven. In your great mercy, you sent them liberators who rescued them from their enemies.
“But as soon as they were at peace, your people again committed evil in your sight, and once more you let their enemies conquer them. Yet whenever your people turned and cried to you again for help, you listened once more from heaven. In your wonderful mercy, you rescued them many times!"
